Our Early Learning School curriculum is inspired by the internationally renowned Reggio Emilia philosophy. We embrace a child-centric learning environment that encourages curiosity and independent thought. Our school is affiliated with the Independent Examinations Board (IEB), offering a diverse, stimulating subject choice in our Preparatory School and College.

07WHICH EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES DO YOU OFFER?
We provide a wide range of extra-curricular activities. Sporting activities included in tuition fees are swimming, touch rugby, water polo, athletics, cricket, hockey, netball, soccer, volley ball, table tennis, cross-country, mountain biking and softball. Cultural activities include debating, choir, environmental club, music workshops, public speaking, video production (Red Cam), art club, chess, dance, drama club, photography, radio station and theatre.
08WHERE DO WE BUY UNIFORMS?
Uniforms can be purchased at the Reddam House Umhlanga campus uniform shop. They deliver to Reddam House Ballito twice a week. You can easily place your order by calling the school.
09DO YOU OFFER EXTRA LESSONS FOR SUPPORT?
Yes, we offer additional academic support for all students.
10WHAT ARE SCHOOL START AND END TIMES?
Our Early Learning Times: 8:00 -12:00 for Stage 1 | 8:00 -12:30 for Stage 3 & 4 | 8:00 - 13:00 for Stage 5
Preparatory School Times: 7:45 - 13:30 for Grades 1-3 | 7:45 to 14:00 for Grades 4-6
College Times: 7:30 to 14:30

1 | Reddam House Ballito gatehouse and entrance to parking. Families are able to enter through this boom gate using an electronic tag issued by the school to parents and staff only. This added security gives parents peace of mind.
2 | The Atrium is a unique spacious area that welcomes families into our school. Creative works from our students are often displayed in this area. Our talented music students fill the space in the morning to welcome families to school.
3 | Our Early Learning wing accommodates students from stage 1 years old to stage 5. This warm friendly environment centres its educational offering around the child-centred Reggio Emilia inspired education.
4 | Arts Block and College entrance. Worldwide the importance of the Arts as a developmental enhancement tool is being acknowledged. Our Dance, Drama, Music and Art departments flourish as a pillar of our Reddam House philosophy.
5 | The 500-seater theatre provides the perfect environment to develop the arts, bring the whole school together for assemblies and host guest speakers and productions
6 | Our science laboratories, coding and IT spaces encourage students to develop the theoretical and practical skills necessary for success in the world of science and technology.
7 | Our light and airy Red Deli cafe Cafeteria overlooks the field and is a pleasant space for students and parents to enjoy Red Deli's menu offerings
8 | Tennis, Netball and Basketball courts. These multi-functional courts to allow the school to offer a variety of sports over the year
9 | Sports Pavilion with a viewing deck, change room and bathroom facilities allowing a comfortable space for parents to watch matches on the field or galas and water polo in the pool
10 | Our magnificent swimming pool supports Reddam Ballito's focus on water sports.
11 | Our young cricketers make good use of our great cricket nets.
12 | Most of our sporting activities use our main field. The spectators are able to watch matches from the sports pavilion, built in stands and the Red Deli Cafe
